- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
- ½ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 cup brie or cream cheese, sliced or cubed
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing after baking)
- Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange crescent dough triangles in a circular shape, overlapping the wide ends to form a ring with pointed ends facing outward.
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the wide ends of the dough.
- Add turkey and brie cubes on top, followed by chopped rosemary and thyme.
- Lightly season with a pinch of salt.
- Fold the pointed ends of each triangle over the filling toward the center, tucking them underneath to seal.
- Gently press the seams together to create a smooth ring.
- Brush the surface with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until deep golden brown and crisp.
- Allow the ring to rest for 5–10 minutes, then brush lightly with melted butter and top with extra cranberry sauce and rosemary sprigs.
