Description

A festive and flaky crescent ring filled with turkey, cranberry sauce, and creamy cheese, perfect for holidays or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • ½ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup brie or cream cheese, sliced or cubed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing after baking)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional garnish: extra cranberry sauce and fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange crescent dough triangles in a circular shape, overlapping the wide ends to form a ring with pointed ends facing outward.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the wide ends of the dough.
  4. Add turkey and brie cubes on top, followed by chopped rosemary and thyme.
  5. Lightly season with a pinch of salt.
  6. Fold the pointed ends of each triangle over the filling toward the center, tucking them underneath to seal.
  7. Gently press the seams together to create a smooth ring.
  8. Brush the surface with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until deep golden brown and crisp.
  10. Allow the ring to rest for 5–10 minutes, then brush lightly with melted butter and top with extra cranberry sauce and rosemary sprigs.

Notes

Serve with a crisp salad, roasted vegetables, and drinks like apple cider for a complete meal.
