- 1 cup pretzels (crushed)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Crush pretzels in a food processor or place them in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour mixed with salt and pepper, one for beaten eggs, and one for crushed pretzels.
- Dip each chicken breast first in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the crushed pretzels until well coated.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Combine mustard, cheddar cheese, and cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted and combined.
- Serve the pretzel chicken with the creamy mustard cheddar sauce, alongside steamed green beans or a simple salad.
