- 2 bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the beef strips, sliced bell peppers, and onions in a crock pot.
- Whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
