Ingredients

  • 1 pound small potatoes (baby potatoes)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Wash and halve the little potatoes while the chicken is cooking.
  5. Add the potatoes to the skillet around the chicken once it is browned.
  6. Cover the skillet and let cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
