Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Wash and halve the little potatoes while the chicken is cooking.
- Add the potatoes to the skillet around the chicken once it is browned.
- Cover the skillet and let cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
