A colorful and festive nougat candy made with white chocolate, marshmallows, and gumdrops, perfect for holiday celebrations.

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (16-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups red and green gumdrops, quartered and dusted lightly with flour
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter, then stir in the white chocolate chips until smooth.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and glossy.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Fold in the quartered gumdrops until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Let it set at room temperature for 6 to 8 hours or refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
- Lift the candy out using the parchment overhang and slice into squares for serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, refrigeration for longer storage, or freeze for extended shelf life.
