Description

A colorful and festive nougat candy made with white chocolate, marshmallows, and gumdrops, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups red and green gumdrops, quartered and dusted lightly with flour

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter, then stir in the white chocolate chips until smooth.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and glossy.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Fold in the quartered gumdrops until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Let it set at room temperature for 6 to 8 hours or refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  8. Lift the candy out using the parchment overhang and slice into squares for serving.
