  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables or peas and carrots (thawed)
  • 16.3 ounces refrigerated biscuits (1 can, Buttermilk, Country, or Homestyle)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by dicing the onion. Have all your ingredients measured and ready.
  2. Combine Ingredients in the Crock Pot: In the crock pot, add the diced onion, cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, chopped parsley, poultry seasoning, and black pepper. Mix them well.
  3. Add Chicken: Next, place the boneless chicken breasts into the mixture. Make sure they are fully coated with the soups and seasonings.
  4. Pour in the Chicken Broth: Carefully pour in the reduced sodium chicken broth over the chicken and soup mixture.
  5. Add Vegetables: Toss in the frozen vegetables or your choice of peas and carrots. Give everything a gentle stir to combine.
  6. Set the Crock Pot: Cover the crock pot with its lid. Cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes.
