Description

A delicious cheesecake combining creamy filling with crunchy Butterfinger candy bars and an Oreo crust.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies (for crust)
  • 1/2 cup butter (for crust)
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Butterfinger candy bars (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in the chopped Butterfinger chunks.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate overnight to set.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with additional Butterfinger pieces if desired.
