- 24 Oreo cookies (for crust)
- 1/2 cup butter (for crust)
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Butterfinger candy bars (chopped)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the chopped Butterfinger chunks.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate overnight to set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional Butterfinger pieces if desired.
