Ingredients

- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and milk until the mixture is fluffy.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the buttercream mixture and roll into balls.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip each refrigerated buttercream ball into the chocolate coating, letting excess chocolate drip off.
- Return to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
