- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook the chopped broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and chop finely.
- Mix the cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the broccoli cheese balls until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
