Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook the chopped broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and chop finely.
  2. Mix the cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the broccoli cheese balls until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
