Description
This banana milk Korean drink is a creamy, nostalgic favorite made with real bananas, milk, and a touch of spice—sweet and satisfying without added junk.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 cup oat milk (or any milk)
1/2 cup cold water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Add banana, milk, water, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth.
3. Taste and add maple syrup if needed.
4. Pour over ice or chill before serving.
5. Shake before each use.
Notes
Store in fridge up to 2 days in glass jar.
Use frozen banana for thicker texture.
