- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Wash the jalapeños thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Combine the jalapeños, lime juice, white vinegar, garlic powder, and salt in a blender.
- Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
- Cool the sauce down and pour it into a bottle for storage.
- Store the hot sauce in the refrigerator and use as desired.
Notes
For a milder sauce, remove the seeds from the jalapeños. Can be canned for longer storage following safe practices.
