- 200g udon noodles
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper. Stir until they are slightly softened.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan along with soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well coated.
- Season with salt, pepper, and top with chopped green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy your quick dinner!
Notes
Don’t overcook the noodles. Prepare all ingredients beforehand for smoother cooking.
