Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk, sugar cookie mix, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased square baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
