Description
A delightful and colorful dessert that combines rich white chocolate brownies with fun M&M’s.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups regular sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup colorful M&M’s, plus extra for sprinkling on top
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-inch round pizza pan or a 9×13 inch rectangular pan by greasing and flouring it.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, whisking in between, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour and salt together, then gradually add to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and most of the M&M’s, reserving a small handful for topping.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it to the edges. Sprinkle the reserved M&M’s on top.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick. Let it cool in the pan for at least 20-30 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Don’t overmix the batter to avoid a tough texture and make sure to let the brownie pizza cool before cutting for easier slicing.
