Instructions
- Start by melting the white chocolate chips in the microwave, heating in short bursts and stirring until melted. Let cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cooled melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and blend until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to overmix.
- Layer the ingredients in serving cups, starting with graham cracker crumbs, followed by the cheesecake mixture and mixed berries.
- Continue layering until the cups are full.
- Chill the completed cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Garnish with extra berries before serving.
