Description

A creamy and rich warm Boursin dip served with crunchy crostini, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces Boursin cheese (or similar garlic and herb cheese)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well blended and creamy.
  3. Transfer the dip mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  4. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.
  5. While the dip is baking, prepare the crostini. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle them lightly with olive oil on both sides.
  6. Bake the crostini in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp, turning them halfway through for even toasting.
  7. Remove the dip and crostini from the oven. Allow the dip to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish the warm Boursin dip with fresh parsley and serve alongside the crostini for dipping.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven before serving.
