Description
A creamy and rich warm Boursin dip served with crunchy crostini, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces Boursin cheese (or similar garlic and herb cheese)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well blended and creamy.
- Transfer the dip mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.
- While the dip is baking, prepare the crostini. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle them lightly with olive oil on both sides.
- Bake the crostini in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp, turning them halfway through for even toasting.
- Remove the dip and crostini from the oven. Allow the dip to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Garnish the warm Boursin dip with fresh parsley and serve alongside the crostini for dipping.
