Ingredients
1 lb Wagyu ground beef
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp butter
½ cup diced onion (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Remove Wagyu from fridge and bring to room temp.
2. Season gently with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high with butter.
4. Add Wagyu (as patties or loose). Cook 3–4 mins per side for medium.
5. Add onions in final 2 minutes, if using.
6. Remove from heat, let rest 5 minutes.
7. Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles, or salad.
Notes
Do not overcook Wagyu—it’s best medium to medium-rare.
Use a cast-iron skillet for better sear and fat control.
Pairs well with bold sauces or buttery sides.
