Description
A crispy, fluffy, dairy-free waffle recipe made without milk. Perfect for quick breakfasts or meal prep!
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups water or dairy-free milk
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
3. Whisk water, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
4. Combine wet and dry until smooth.
5. Pour batter into iron and cook 4–5 mins.
6. Serve with syrup or fruit.
Notes
Use almond, oat, or soy milk instead of water.
For crispier waffles, add extra tablespoon oil.
Freeze leftovers and reheat in toaster.
