- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or agave syrup), cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and begins to boil.
- Once it reaches a boil and has thickened, remove the saucepan from heat and let cool slightly.
- Pour the pudding into individual serving dishes or one larger bowl.
- Refrigerate the pudding until it sets, about 1 to 2 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
