Deliciously sweet and soft vegan cookies made with chocolate cake mix and packed with chocolate chips.
Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to one week or freeze for up to three months.
