Ingredients

- 1 Chipotle chile in adobo sauce, plus 1 tsp of the adobo sauce (canned)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- Kosher salt, to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Puree on high speed for 2–3 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the sauce into a jar or small bowl.
- Refrigerate for up to 4 weeks, keeping it chilled.
- Enjoy as a dip, spread, or sauce to add smoky flavor to your favorite dishes!
Notes
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chipotle pepper. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
