Description

Ingredients

  • 1 Chipotle chile in adobo sauce, plus 1 tsp of the adobo sauce (canned)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • Kosher salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Puree on high speed for 2–3 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the sauce into a jar or small bowl.
  4. Refrigerate for up to 4 weeks, keeping it chilled.
  5. Enjoy as a dip, spread, or sauce to add smoky flavor to your favorite dishes!
