- 300 ml (1 ÂĽ cups) Tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 5 tbsp Dark brown sugar

- ½ tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F) with the fan on. Prepare a large baking tray with a rack.
- Cut each chicken wing at the joint to separate it into a mini wing and a drumette. Pat the wings dry and toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared rack. Bake for 30 minutes on the lower shelf.
- Increase the oven temperature to 220°C (425°F) and bake for an additional 45-50 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Prepare the barbecue sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Heat until boiling, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Once the wings are out of the oven, toss them gently in the BBQ sauce.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
Notes
For best results, ensure you pat the wings dry to achieve crispiness. Feel free to customize the sauce flavors to your liking.
