- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually mix this dry mixture into the creamed butter and sugar until fully incorporated.
- Roll the dough into balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Press a spoonful of caramel sauce onto the center of each cookie while still warm.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips and drizzle over the cookies.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the refrigerator for longer shelf life. Can freeze for up to three months.
