Description

Delicious turkey meatballs made with stuffing mix, perfect for appetizers or a main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, diced onion, diced celery, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, each about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the turkey balls in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve warm.

Notes
