Turkey Stuffing Balls are delicious meatballs made with ground turkey and stuffing mix, perfect for appetizers or main dishes.

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, diced onion, diced celery, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, each about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the turkey balls in batches until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Place the turkey balls on paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can bake the turkey balls at 375°F for 20-25 minutes instead of frying.
