Ingredients

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- Burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Combine ground turkey, chopped jalapeño, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.
