- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, cheese, mayonnaise, beaten egg, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve warm and enjoy as a sandwich or appetizer.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the ingredient mixture to keep the patties light. Chill the mixture if it feels loose for better shaping.
