Description

Deliciously indulgent cookies combining creamy peanut butter, sweet sugars, and plenty of Reese’s candies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces candies
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Whisk together the baking soda and salt in another bowl, then add to the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Fold in the Reese’s Pieces, chopped Peanut Butter Cups, and chocolate chips if using.
  6. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a delightful twist, try adding nuts or different types of chocolate.
