Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • 1 Red onion (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  3. If using, thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
