Description

A creamy and delicious dip that combines the flavors of Everything Bagels, perfect for gatherings or as a snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons Everything But the Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into a ball and flatten into a disc about half an inch thick.
  5. Cut the disc into 8 equal wedges.
  6. Brush each wedge with the beaten egg.
  7. Sprinkle the Everything But the Bagel seasoning over each wedge.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dip or alone.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Freeze for longer storage.
