- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 tablespoons Everything But the Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a ball and flatten into a disc about half an inch thick.
- Cut the disc into 8 equal wedges.
- Brush each wedge with the beaten egg.
- Sprinkle the Everything But the Bagel seasoning over each wedge.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dip or alone.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Freeze for longer storage.
