Description

A delightful coffee drink that captures the essence of traditional tiramisu while providing a comforting latte experience.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 60 mL espresso (double shot)
  • 5 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 180 mL milk
  • 1 tsp raw sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 28 grams mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
  • 30 mL heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your espresso machine or coffee maker.
  2. Bring mascarpone to room temperature and keep the cream chilled.
  3. Brew a double shot of espresso and stir in raw sugar and vanilla until dissolved.
  4. Warm the milk in a saucepan or use a frother until hot and foamy.
  5. Pour the sweetened espresso into a mug, then gently add the steamed milk and stir well.
  6. In a bowl, whip mascarpone, cold cream, and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  7. Spoon the mascarpone cream on top of the latte.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
