Ingredients

- 60 mL espresso (double shot)
- 5 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
- 180 mL milk
- 1 tsp raw sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 28 grams mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
- 30 mL heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your espresso machine or coffee maker.
- Bring mascarpone to room temperature and keep the cream chilled.
- Brew a double shot of espresso and stir in raw sugar and vanilla until dissolved.
- Warm the milk in a saucepan or use a frother until hot and foamy.
- Pour the sweetened espresso into a mug, then gently add the steamed milk and stir well.
- In a bowl, whip mascarpone, cold cream, and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Spoon the mascarpone cream on top of the latte.
- Dust with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
