- 1 tbsp fresh green chives (Finely chopped, plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix the Base: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir them until they blend smoothly.
- Add the Buttermilk: Gradually mix in the cultured buttermilk. Adjust for thickness.
- Incorporate Blue Cheese: Gently fold in the crumbled blue cheese, keeping some larger chunks.
- Seasoning: Add the white wine vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt. Mix until combined.
- Add Chives: Stir in the chopped chives, reserving some for garnish if desired.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
