- 1–2 tablespoons water (to thin, if necessary)

Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and soy sauce.
- Add honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
- If the sauce seems too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the dip and adjust sweetness or saltiness by adding more honey/maple syrup or soy sauce, as preferred.
- If desired, garnish with chopped peanuts, sliced green onions, or a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately or store for later.
