- 4 large tortillas or wraps

- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup lettuce or spinach

- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken with the peanut sauce until well coated.
- Lay out each tortilla or wrap on a clean surface.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the wraps.
- Top with shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and lettuce or spinach.
- Roll the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice in half and garnish with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
