Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup lettuce or spinach
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with the peanut sauce until well coated.
  2. Lay out each tortilla or wrap on a clean surface.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the wraps.
