Description

A quick and vibrant Thai Chicken Wrap filled with crunchy Asian slaw, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or tortillas
  • 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup peanut sauce or Thai dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, cilantro, and green onions.
  2. Drizzle with peanut sauce or Thai dressing and mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay the lettuce leaves or tortillas flat.

  6. Fold the sides in and roll tightly.
