Delicious and flavorful Thai Basil Beef Rolls filled with ground beef, fresh Thai basil, and savory sauces, perfect as appetizers or a main dish.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 8–10 rice paper sheets
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Thai basil. Stir until combined and remove from heat.
- Soak the rice paper in warm water until pliable, about 10-15 seconds.
- Place a few spoonfuls of the beef mixture on the rice paper and roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
Don’t over-soak the rice paper to prevent tearing, and ensure the filling is dry to avoid sogginess.
