Description

Delicious and flavorful Thai Basil Beef Rolls filled with ground beef, fresh Thai basil, and savory sauces, perfect as appetizers or a main dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 810 rice paper sheets

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Thai basil. Stir until combined and remove from heat.
  4. Soak the rice paper in warm water until pliable, about 10-15 seconds.
  5. Place a few spoonfuls of the beef mixture on the rice paper and roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

Don’t over-soak the rice paper to prevent tearing, and ensure the filling is dry to avoid sogginess.
