- 2 pieces salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 piece lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Brush the marinade generously over both sides of the salmon fillets and let them marinate for about 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and place lemon slices on top while grilling. Cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or until flaky and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Serve with the grilled lemon slices on the side.
