Description

A delicious and quick meal combining ground turkey, crisp vegetables, and savory teriyaki sauce served over rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots; sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir well to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
