Description
Delicious and easy Teriyaki Chicken Wraps with tender chicken and fresh vegetables, wrapped in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients

- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 4 Large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup Julienned carrots
- 1/2 cup Sliced cucumber
- Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-fry the chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
- Lay the tortillas flat and layer with shredded lettuce, julienned carrots, sliced cucumber, and sliced chicken.
- Drizzle additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
- Tightly roll the tortilla, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
- Slice the wrap in half and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
