Description

Delicious and easy Teriyaki Chicken Wraps with tender chicken and fresh vegetables, wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 4 Large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Julienned carrots
  • 1/2 cup Sliced cucumber
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-fry the chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
  4. Lay the tortillas flat and layer with shredded lettuce, julienned carrots, sliced cucumber, and sliced chicken.
  5. Drizzle additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
  6. Tightly roll the tortilla, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
  7. Slice the wrap in half and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
