Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- Skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken pieces into the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers, making sure they’re evenly spaced.
- Grill the skewers for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until cooked through and grill marked.
- Remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes; adding vegetables to the skewers can enhance the dish.
