Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak bites to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
