Description
Crispy baked chicken with feta and a drizzle of hot honey. A bold, flavorful dinner ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup feta, crumbled
1/2 cup hot honey
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Pound chicken to even thickness.
3. Dredge in flour, then eggs, then seasoned breadcrumbs.
4. Place on greased baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil.
5. Bake 22–25 minutes until golden and 165°F inside.
6. Top with feta and drizzle with hot honey.
Notes
Use panko for best crispiness.
Make hot honey by mixing honey with chili flakes.
Reheat in oven or air fryer to keep crispy.
