Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and cayenne pepper in a separate saucepan. Heat until it simmers.
- Toss the cooked chicken tenders in the sauce until fully coated.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
