Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Combine hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and cayenne pepper in a separate saucepan. Heat until it simmers.
  6. Toss the cooked chicken tenders in the sauce until fully coated.
