- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, combine hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and cayenne pepper. Heat until it comes to a simmer.
- Toss the cooked chicken tenders in the sauce until fully coated.
