Ingredients
- Phyllo dough
- Brie cheese
- Cranberry sauce
- Fresh thyme
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush phyllo dough with melted butter, layer several sheets, and cut them into squares.
- Place squares into a muffin tin to form cups.
- In each cup, add a small piece of brie cheese.
- Top with cranberry sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These cups can be served warm or at room temperature. They can also be frozen before baking.
