Instructions

  2. Cream Butter and Cream Cheese: In a bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese until fluffy.
  3. Add Sugars: Mix in powdered sugar and light brown sugar until dissolved and creamy.
  4. Incorporate Vanilla and Milk: Stir in vanilla and milk to reach desired consistency.
  5. Fold in Flour: Gently fold in heat-treated flour until no dry streaks remain.
  6. Add Chocolate Chips: Stir in mini chocolate chips by hand.
  7. Chill the Dip: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
