Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of cooked sweet potato (mashed)
  • 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked sweet potato, blueberries, coconut oil, and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add the whole wheat flour, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture. Stir until well combined and a dough forms.
  4. Flour your countertop lightly, and roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  5. Cut the dough into fun shapes using cookie cutters.
  6. Place the treats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to touch.
  8. Let the treats cool completely before serving them to your pup.
