Ingredients

- 1 cup of cooked sweet potato (mashed)
- 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil (melted)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked sweet potato, blueberries, coconut oil, and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the whole wheat flour, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture. Stir until well combined and a dough forms.
- Flour your countertop lightly, and roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into fun shapes using cookie cutters.
- Place the treats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to touch.
- Let the treats cool completely before serving them to your pup.
