- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and drained kidney beans.
- Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with optional toppings.
Notes
For a variation, add taco seasoning or vegetables like bell peppers and corn. This dish is also great topped with cheese and baked for a cheesy version.
